Explore the healing powers of Nature & Art to support your emotional well-being, navigate grief, and reconnect with your inner self.
🌙
I am a grief companion, artist, and nature-based facilitator working at the intersection of loss, trauma, and creative expression.
My work supports people navigating grief, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm through a combination of:
- nature-based practices
- somatic awareness
- creative expression (writing, collage, photography)
- ritual and symbolic work
- trauma-informed presence
I do not seek to “fix” grief.
Instead, I offer a space where grief can be witnessed, expressed, and integrated — at its own pace, in its own language. This work is grief-informed and trauma-aware, grounded in lived experience, and supported by training in crisis response, mental health first aid, wilderness safety, and grief education (Dougy Center).
🌲 My Approach
Grief is not a problem to solve. It is a landscape we learn to inhabit.
In our sessions, we may work with:
- the body and nervous system
- memory and narrative
- the natural world as mirror and witness
- creative processes as translation of the unspeakable
- observation, presence, and ritual
I draw from grief-informed practices, somatic awareness, and nature-based facilitation. This is not clinical therapy.
It is relational, embodied accompaniment.
